Approve paid time off, create schedules for staff and assure staff hours/staff costs are within established criteria. Motivate, and coach team members in-order- to uplift their skill, knowledge and ensuring that the Branch meets its goals and objectives Requirements Master or BBA in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or similar fields. Minimum 3 to 5 years experiences in area of branch operations in commercial banking or wholesale banking Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, and Internet). Ability to understand the banking operations policies and procedures and translate to actions.
