Description

• Lead the development and execution of accounting processes to support company growth and operations

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and procedures

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives

• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in accounting management, ideally in a fast-growing company or real estate

• Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken); proficiency in Khmer is a plus

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proficient in accounting software and financial management systems

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
