Description

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including tax laws and reporting requirements

• Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the organization

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Manage finance for specific projects, ensuring they remain within budgetary constraints while achieving desired outcomes

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance management to continuously improve processes within the organization

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is essential

• At least 8 years of experience in a senior finance role is typically required, preferably in an international context

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are necessary for data analysis and reporting tasks

• A solid understanding of local tax laws, international accounting standards, and compliance requirements is required

• Strong analytical skills are necessary for interpreting complex financial data and making informed decisions

• Native Khmer and Business English is a must
