The Role

Responsible to analyze and document existing business processes to identify areas for improvement

Our client is a leading logistics company which is co-working with international managements, cross multi-cultural interaction with other branch offices throughout the world

Description

• Design, implement, and manage automated workflows using Power Automate

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with business goals and ensure seamless operations

• Monitor and evaluate process performance, providing recommendations for optimization

• Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to maintain their relevance and efficiency

• Provide training and support to stakeholders on new workflows and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI is required

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams

• Knowledge of the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
