The Role

Translate Product Owner needs into technical architecture specifications that align with global standards and roadmaps, inspiring the business with practical, innovative solutions beyond the existing global product suite

About the Company

Our client is one of the leading multinational companies in Cambodia which provides the excellent internal training to their employees and best products to their customers around the world

Descriptions

• Lead and manage the legal department, providing guidance and expertise on legal matters to support the company's operations and strategic initiatives

• Manage the scope and expectations of the product delivery with business stakeholders by co-creating clear change request forms and updating the progress

• Conduct a fit gap analysis and identify suitable technology to be used (can be global approved like Microsoft Power Platform or non-approved solutions)

• Coordinate with local or global vendor on end-to-end product development activities, such as development, testing, training, and implementation support

• Define the value generated from each product. (Revenue Uplift/Cost Savings/Manhour Savings)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems Management, or Computer Science, accompanied by relevant business experience

• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal

• Over 3 years of experience working in agile product management teams, with at least 1 year in a product management-specific role

• Solid foundational understanding of both functional and technical aspects of information systems management

• Demonstrates an agile mindset with the adaptability to embrace new technologies, develop new competencies, and effectively collaborate across various teams and assignments
