Description

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support company growth and operations

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Monitor cash flow and implement financial controls to ensure stability

• Develop and manage financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives

• Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in financial management, ideally in a real estate or fast-growing company

• Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken); proficiency in Khmer is a plus

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills

• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
