We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join the dynamic retail company

Description

• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

• Analyse financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

• Manage cash flow, monitor expenses, and ensure the company's financial stability.

• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

• Stay updated with industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in financial management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and budgeting.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.

• Proficient in using financial management software and MS Office Suite.

• Strong leadership and management abilities.

• Native Khmer and Business English are required
