The Role

You will be responsible for guiding financial strategy and performance analysis at our client’s company

Description

• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market conditions

• Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth

• Participate in the development of long-term financial plans and scenarios

• Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst or similar role in a retail or consumer goods environment

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and budget management

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Proficiency in Khmer and English language, both written and spoken
