Description

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets

• Oversee daily dealership or service center operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity

• Drive sales growth by setting targets and developing marketing strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, customer service, and operational efficiency

• Recruit, train, and manage staff across different departments (sales, service, finance, etc.) and foster a positive and motivated work environment to enhance employee performance

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Automotive industry and at least 5 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Enhance the knowledge and skills of the must possess extensive leadership experience, strong strategic planning skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes to drive operational excellence and innovation
