Description

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and franchise business model

  • Collaborate with franchisees to develop localized marketing strategies that adhere to brand guidelines while addressing regional market needs

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize based on data-driven insights

  • Lead and mentor a team of brand and marketing professionals to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Franchise industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level

  • Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

  • Business English is a must

  • Strong ability to develop, articulate, and execute a brand strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision
