Responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of the franchise brand, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and market positioning, overseeing all aspects of brand management, including brand identity

Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and franchise business model
Collaborate with franchisees to develop localized marketing strategies that adhere to brand guidelines while addressing regional market needs
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize based on data-driven insights
Lead and mentor a team of brand and marketing professionals to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Franchise industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must
Strong ability to develop, articulate, and execute a brand strategy aligned with the company’s goals and vision
