Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an international organization

  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and international HR practices

  • Strong ethical standards and professionalism

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English
