Job Description
Head of HR at an International Healthcare Service Provider in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizational overall goals, and objectives by ensuring local policies to meet international standards

Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and international HR standards, conducting regular audits of HR practices
Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within an international organization
Strong understanding of local labor laws and international HR practices
Strong ethical standards and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Khmer and English
