This Role requires to manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations while promoting a positive workplace environment.

Description

  • Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth

  • Develop competitive compensation structures and oversee benefits administration to attract and retain talent

  • Ensure compliance with local Labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation

  • Develop policies to ensure workplace safety and compliance with health regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification is preferred

  • Strong understanding of Cambodian Labor laws and HR best practices

  • Proven experience in leading HR initiatives, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment

  • Fluent level of English and Khmer, both spoken and written

  • Ability to analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decisions effectively
