The Role
This Role requires to manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations while promoting a positive workplace environment.

Description
Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
Develop competitive compensation structures and oversee benefits administration to attract and retain talent
Ensure compliance with local Labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
Develop policies to ensure workplace safety and compliance with health regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification is preferred
Strong understanding of Cambodian Labor laws and HR best practices
Proven experience in leading HR initiatives, mentoring staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment
Fluent level of English and Khmer, both spoken and written
Ability to analyse HR metrics to inform strategic decisions effectively
