• Build and maintain relationships with retail partners, promote services, and provide support and training to both retailers and consumers

• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure seamless product testing and database management

• Manage content translation, streamline operational processes, and assist across departments with various tasks as needed

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (such as Business Administration or Operations Management)

1-3 years of experience in an operations-focused position (e.g., Operations Specialist or Project Coordinator)

Technical knowledge of cloud-based applications, mobile devices, and hardware troubleshooting is a plus
