Description

• Developing and implementing the targeted sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives

• Leading the sales team, ensuring goal alignment and high productivity

• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including healthcare providers and distributors

• Tracking industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies

• Coordinating with marketing and operations teams to align product promotions and inventory

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Pharmacy and at least 3 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must and Bachelor of Pharma holder would be advantage
