Description

• Supervise and mentor team members to achieve individual and group sales targets

• Foster a positive and high-performance work environment

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty

• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues and monitor daily sales activities, including reporting and forecasting

• Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures and track sales metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results

• Prepare and present regular updates to senior management

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience in any sales industry with proven track record and at least 2 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Strong leadership qualities to guide and mentor the sales team
