​Senior Human Resource and Administrative Executive at a logistics company in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Role

This role requires to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and support organizational development initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement

Our client is one of the global logistics services companies in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, providing efficient freight forwarding services that cater to various industries

Descriptions

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and making hiring decisions to ensure the company attracts top talent

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees to facilitate their integration into the company

  • Implement performance management systems that include goal setting, regular evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to assess employee performance

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees

  • Assist in managing the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting organizational needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or administrative roles, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding industries

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Proficiency in HRIS software

  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Khmer is a must
