Responsible for overseeing all talent acquisition functions, implementing best practices, and leading initiatives to enhance the organization’s recruitment strategies and employee retention efforts

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent

• Update current recruiting procedures and design innovative approaches to improve processes

• Manage and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and professional growth

• Establish strong partnerships with department heads to identify current and future recruitment needs

• Design and lead employer branding strategies to position the company as a top employer

• Lead retention and employee engagement programs to support long-term career development

• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies to enhance the team’s efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar leadership role within HR

• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and advanced employer branding techniques

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

• A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Familiarity with the latest recruitment technologies and industry trends

• Fluency in Khmer and proficiency in Business English are required
