​Branch Manager (Siam Reap) at Well-known International Bank in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible for implementing and carrying out bank policies and procedures with respect to overall operations of branch.

  • Up to $1,800 plus other allowances

Great Opportunity for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation and manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Description

  • Develop and implement a plan focusing on corporate loan pipelines for Financial Institutions, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking for the growth of new and existing clients.

  • Ensure of all business transactions in the Branch comply with internal policies, procedure, guideline, memos, and applicable regulations from the regulators as well as international standard.

  • Supervise branch staff, including coaching, development and discipline to help meet sales goals, strict adherence to policies and procedures, and to provide exceptional customer service, with staff level based on branch staffing model.

  • Approve paid time off, create schedules for staff and assure staff hours/staff costs are within established criteria.

  • Motivate, and coach team members in-order- to uplift their skill, knowledge and ensuring that the Branch meets its goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Master or BBA in Finance and Banking, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or similar fields.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years experiences in area of branch operations in commercial banking or wholesale banking

  • Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point, Email, and Internet).

  • Ability to understand the banking operations policies and procedures and translate to actions.

  • Native Khmer Nationality with good communication in written and oral of English

  • Able to live or reside at the office space in Sihanoukville.
