Description
Conduct regular analysis of compensation trends and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations
Compensation strategy decision regarding pay level and pay mix
Develops and monitor the annual budget in personnel costs and headcount plan
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to prepare budgets and forecasts related to employee compensation
Stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends affecting compensation and benefits practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
Proven experience of at least 5 years in compensation and benefits management within the similar industry
Solid understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes
Knowledge of Cambodian Labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
Proficiency is English and Khmer language, both written and spoken
