Description

  • Conduct regular analysis of compensation trends and benefits offerings to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations

  • Compensation strategy decision regarding pay level and pay mix

  • Develops and monitor the annual budget in personnel costs and headcount plan

  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to prepare budgets and forecasts related to employee compensation

  • Stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends affecting compensation and benefits practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field

  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in compensation and benefits management within the similar industry

  • Solid understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes

  • Knowledge of Cambodian Labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits

  • Proficiency is English and Khmer language, both written and spoken
