Chinese Key Account Manager at One of the Most Successful Machinery Distribution Companies in Cambodia

  • Responsible for Driving Sales and Building Strong Chinese Client Relationships as a Key Account Manager

This is a client-facing role focused on expanding Chinese accounts, promoting new products, and maintaining top-level customer relationships with frequent national travel

With ongoing investments and product innovation, the company is expanding its market, especially within the Chinese business community

Description

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing Chinese clients while acquiring new customers, especially from new investments

  • Promote products and services, conduct demos, seminars, and client-focused events such as VIP dinners to boost brand image

  • Liaise with clients to understand their pain points and provide tailored solutions

  • Work closely with marketing to implement BTL and ATL strategies for Chinese markets

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, ideally in the automotive or machinery industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields

  • Native or fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), with fluency in English; Khmer is a plus

  • Strong understanding of machinery or automotive operations and applications

  • Must possess a valid Cambodia driver’s license and be able to travel nationally (up to 70% travel time)
