This Role requires to create and oversee student life programs that promote engagement, well-being, and academic success to enhance the student experience, academic and personal development

Description

• Design and implement student life programs that foster community and support student development

• Work closely with faculty, administration, and student organizations to enhance the student experience

• Collect and analyze data on student engagement and satisfaction to inform program improvements

• Oversee counselling services, academic advising, and extracurricular activities to support student needs

Requirements

• A master’s degree in education, or a related field is typically required

• Significant experience in student affairs or related areas, with a proven track record of leadership in higher education

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Native English proficiency is required
