  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability

  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for operations and investments

  • Implement internal controls to prevent financial mismanagement and fraud, which protects the company’s assets

  • Adheres to all relevant laws and standards, which is particularly important in a rapidly evolving market like Cambodia

  • Collaborate with other departments to support decision-making processes, providing financial insights that guide business expansion and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous

  • Significant experience in financial management within the FMCG/distribution sector

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting

  • Experience with financial reporting software and data analysis tools

  • Must have experience using SAP and managing a large team

  • Native Khmer and Business English are required
