  • Develop employee capabilities, providing feedback, coaching, and training as needed, and employee retention strategies to enhance job satisfaction and minimize the turnover rate

  • Design and optimize the organizational structure to meet strategic goals

  • Oversee performance management systems and foster a culture of high performance through training and initiatives

  • Create and maintain career pathing frameworks that enable employees to grow within the organization

  • Work with senior management to establish succession planning strategies for critical roles

  • Oversee the budget for development programs, ensuring cost-effective solutions

  • Develop initiatives that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, fostering a positive work environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Development, Talent Management, or a related field, with a proven track record in designing and implementing development programs

  • Fluent level of English and Khmer, both spoken and written

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
