Excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong leasing, corporate sales experience in industrial estate, industrial park or special economic zones

About the Company

Our client is a leading local conglomerate in Cambodia which focuses in the Real Estate, F&B, Construction and Property Services industry in Cambodia.

Description

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for all properties

• Achieve rental and occupancy KPI set by management

• Approach potential tenants domestically or internationally

• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the property.

• Directly report to the Head of Sales and Marketing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing experience in industrial park, special economic zones industry

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin

• Open for any Chinese Speaking nationalities

• Business Acumen, Initiative and Confident individuals are preferable
