​Logistics Officer (Chinese Speaking) at a Global Automotive Leader in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong logistics coordination experience to be part of a global manufacturing operation. You’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth movement of goods across borders, working closely with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse teams

Description

  • Monitor and follow up on shipment statuses, ensuring timely deliveries

  • Prepare and manage documentation related to inbound and outbound customs clearance. Enter customs audit data and shipment records into the company system (VSB/Autoline)

  • Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics flow

  • Arrange flight bookings, containers, and space for EXW shipments

  • Generate regular reports for both inbound and outbound logistics activities

  • Prepare vignette and tax documentation and pass to warehouse team for dispatch

  • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Logistics Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations

  • Good command of English (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and transportation management

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and constraint management principles is a plus

  • Ability to work independently with strong organization and multitasking skills

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Excel and logistics software systems
