Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to modern trade channels, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large retail chains.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure continuous business growth and partnership development.
Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for increasing sales and market share.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall brand objectives and promotional activities.
Negotiate trade terms, contracts, and agreements with modern trade partners, ensuring compliance and profitability.
Requirements
At least 5 years of working experience in FMCG industry.
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged.
Business English is a must.
People management, Sales Planning, building up the relationship with key client is a must
