Description

• Conduct interactive demonstrations to showcase vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and performance benefits

• Schedule and accompany customers on test drives, emphasizing key selling points to enhance their buying experience

• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and provide expert advice on available options

• Proactively track and nurture leads through calls, emails, and SMS using CRM tools

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up systematically to convert leads into sales

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in any Sales industry

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
