Description

  • Drive project sales, develop client relationships, and participate in bidding processes

  • Manage sales contracts, pricing strategies, and client follow-ups

  • Lead and train the sales team to ensure performance targets are met

  • Support marketing campaigns and customer outreach

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in steel structures or building construction

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills

  • Willingness to travel within Cambodia
