The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong Sales Management background in Real Estate mainly for project development

Our client is a regional real estate company in Cambodia that construct homes in Cambodia to address the growing demand for homeownership

Description

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies

  • Motivating teams to generate leads, foster client relationships, set and exceed revenue targets while addressing customer needs

  • Conducting research to update information on company and competitor project progress

  • Direct report to Sales Director

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record as sales manager, consistently meeting and surpassing goals

  • Capable of establishing and managing a sales team

  • English is a must

  • Must be local Khmer applicants
