Sales Representative at One of the Largest Global Freights Forwarding Company in Cambodia

Description

  • Develop and expand business opportunities in alignment with financial and volume objectives

  • Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth

  • Oversee, monitor, and execute all sales activities, including preparing quotations and managing customer accounts, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified, and nurtured through the sales pipeline to secure profitable and sustainable agreements

  • Align sales strategies with Customer Care Location Managers, Pricing teams, and Sea Logistics Business Development teams, ensuring informed pricing decisions

  • Conduct market analysis to monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings

  • Gather and report customer feedback to the Customer Care team, assisting in issue resolution as required

  • Coordinate with Customer Care Team colleagues to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new customers

  • Maintain and update accurate customer information within internal systems to ensure data integrity

  • Conduct regular reviews of customer portfolios in collaboration with Customer Care Managers and teams to optimize engagement strategies

  • Enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation by delivering high-quality service in close cooperation with the Customer Care Team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, though Business Administration field is preferred

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of working experience in freight forwarding sales role from international freight services, has a strong track of sales achievements and experience working with sales KPI

  • Strong software application knowledge

  • MS Office applications (eg. MS Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

  • Customer Service Oriented

  • Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure

  • Meticulous with an eye for details

  • Team player
