Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role within a manufacturing company.

• In-depth knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

• Knowledge of manufacturing industry dynamics and cost accounting principles.
