Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, employers, and other industry partners
Provide regular training, guidance, and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and efficiency
Assist students in identifying suitable placement opportunities aligned with their academic qualifications and career goals
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure placement opportunities that meet students' career aspirations
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in education industry and at least 3 years of experience in management level
Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged
Business English is a must and only open for Khmer nationality
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and people management skills
