​Trade Coordinator at Global Largest Liner in Cambodia

  • Responsible to develop, maintain and expand the company customer base in Cambodia by promoting the services as a brand

Description

  • To develop, maintain and expand Customer base in Cambodia by promoting services as a brand, executing Business Plan, providing strong customer services to clients and administering Cambodia’s daily booking prospects

  • Responsible for support functions to the Sales Manager, including keying in of data into relevant system, report generation, and basic correspondence with customers

  • Update iSpace daily for space management purposes

  • Update connecting vessels in Daily file for PNH & SIH ports

  • Coordinate with Capacity Management teams, Transshipment team, Liners and other related parties to divert or advance cargo

  • Update SOB (Shipment on Board) to transshipment team

  • Coordinate with Customer Service team for booking management

  • Coordinate with Key Accounts and Liners for space commitment and extra booking if any

  • Coordinate with destination office and customers concerning FOB booking & rate issue

  • Assist to track and trace shipment for customers via our Tracking system, providing sailing schedule updates and cargo loading ETDs to customers

  • Any other tasks as assigned by manager and top management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, however preferably in Business Administration field

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping industry

  • Strong MS Office software application

  • Portnet (preferred)

  • Strong written & spoken English Skill

  • Good Communication and interpersonal skill

  • Customer Orientated

  • Team player

  • Have self -drive and passion to deal with people

  • Able to work independently

  • Meticulous with eye for details

  • Adaptive
