Responsible for export sales of customized chocolate portfolios in Southeast Asia

The Role
The ideal candidate's background for the role comes with experience handling export sales functions and handle temperature sensitive food products. Initiative, speak fluent English and experience opening doors into Southeast Asia Markets for food products or chocolate

Description
Identify and develop new export markets, particularly in Southeast Asia
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in target markets
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's confectionery product range
Oversee the entire export process, including order fulfillment, logistics, and customs clearance
Ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor a team of export administrators
Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality control, and logistics
Experience in managing the transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive products
Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the food industry or similar business model
Strong understanding of the food industry, particularly in the confectionery segment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing market conditions
