Export Sales Manager at International Chocolate Manufacturing Business in Thailand

Description

  • Identify and develop new export markets, particularly in Southeast Asia

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in target markets

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's confectionery product range

  • Oversee the entire export process, including order fulfillment, logistics, and customs clearance

  • Ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements

  • Lead and mentor a team of export administrators

  • Work closely with internal teams, including production, quality control, and logistics

  • Experience in managing the transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive products

  • Knowledge of export regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the food industry or similar business model

  • Strong understanding of the food industry, particularly in the confectionery segment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to handle challenges and adapt to changing market conditions
