The Role

As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of operations, providing strategic guidance to senior management, and driving financial efficiency and growth

Description

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability

• Lead the implementation of new financial software systems to streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and improve overall efficiency

• Restructure the finance team to optimize performance, foster collaboration, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Oversee financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Manage cash flow, capital expenditures, and financial risk management strategies

• Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior financial leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a track record of successfully implementing financial software systems and restructuring finance teams

• Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations, including revenue cycle management, reimbursement models, and regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive organizational growth and operational efficiency

• Experience in leading and managing complex financial projects and initiatives

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred

• Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
