Description

• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with goals

• Monitor market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to optimize performance

• Lead the research, development, and launch of innovative healthcare nutrition products

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, relevance, and compliance

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Pharma or Nutrition and at least 3 years of experience in management level

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to manage diverse teams
