Job Description

About the Company

Our client is operating as a mining services company with operations spanning across Southeast Asia

Description

  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize tax liabilities

  • Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns, tax planning, and reporting

  • Manage transfer pricing policies and ensure alignment with global tax regulations and business objectives

  • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and financial risk management

  • Analyze financial data and metrics to provide insights and support decision-making

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

  • Proven experience as a CFO, Financial Controller, or in a senior financial leadership role

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership abilities

  • Prefer candidates who are currently working in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, or Indonesia due to the requirement for travel between these countries
