About the Company

Our client is a multi-sector international company that operate over the world, specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of automotive, across Southeast Asia and beyond

Description

• Diagnose technical issues, provide practical solutions, and prevent repeat repairs

• Assist customers by explaining technical problems and offering service advice

• Collaborate with Workshop Manager and Service Advisors to resolve issues efficiently

• Lead and train the service team, sharing knowledge and expertise

• Maintain professionalism and courteous communication with customers

• Take on additional tasks assigned by the line manager

Requirements

• Two years of hands-on experience in vehicle repairs

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal abilities

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

• Reliable and accountable in performing job duties

• Proficient in identifying and solving technical problems
