Description

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights into cost structures, profitability, and business performance.

• Support the budgeting process by collecting data, organizing financial information, and collaborating with departments.

• Monitor budget vs. actual performance, highlighting discrepancies for senior management review.

• Track and analyze production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure accurate product costing.

• Assist in the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate billing, payment, and reconciliation.

• Develop skills in financial modeling and analysis to assist in evaluating business scenarios and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the agriculture or manufacturing industry

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems) is a plus

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

• Fluent level of English and Khmer, both spoken and written
