• Up to $1,500 plus annual performance bonus

Excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who has a strong leasing, corporate sales experience in real estate, industrial estate, property services industry

About the Company

Our client is a leading local conglomerate in Cambodia which focuses in the Real Estate, F&B, Construction and Property Services industry in Cambodia

Description

• Develop and execute leasing strategies for all properties

• Achieve rental and occupancy KPI set by management

• Manage tenant relations and resolve tenant issues

• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the property

• Directly report to the Sales and Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant leasing experience in real estate, property services industry

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English

• Open only for Khmer Nationality

• Business Acumen, Initiative and Confident individuals are preferable
