Description

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals, adapting to market trends and client needs to meet sales objectives

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market analysis

• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with a win-win approach for clients and the company

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Pharma or FMCG industry

• Bachelor’s degree holder and other related qualification will be advantaged

• Business English is a must

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
