​Senior HR Manager at an International Conglomerate in Phnom Penh

The Role

This Role requires to develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal risks, and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes

Description

  • Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, including goal setting and feedback mechanisms, to enhance employee performance and development.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Analyse workforce trends and develop strategies to meet current and future staffing needs, ensuring the organization has the right talent in place

  • Implement talent management practices, including succession planning and career development programs for high-potential employees

  • Foster effective communication within the organization, ensuring transparency and clarity in HR policies and practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of inspiring and leading a diverse team

  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices

  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and talent management

  • Native Khmer and Business English are required
