Description
Strategy Development: Develop trade marketing strategies and plans to support sales objectives and achieve business growth.
Trade Promotions: Design and execute promotional activities to drive product demand at the retail and distributor levels.
Merchandising: Ensure effective product merchandising and point-of-sale displays to enhance visibility and brand presence.
Product Launches: Plan and execute product launch activities, including POS materials, incentives, and training for sales teams.
Requirements
At least 3 years of FMCG industry with relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree holder in marketing and other related qualification will be advantaged.
Native Laos and English is a must
Has a good experience in marketing management, and communication skills.
