Our client is a successful international garment manufacturer, services many well-known Brands with multiple production in other countries

Description

• Skilfully manage day-to-day operations, steering production planning, industrial engineering, and skill enhancement projects with support from functional managers, fostering lean production and ongoing enhancement

• Be pivotal role in collaborating with senior management to craft and execute company strategies, maximizing synergy

• Oversee, manage, and optimize plant-wide operations for timely delivery of top-notch outputs at competitive prices

• Spearhead impactful development initiatives (e.g., cost reduction, efficiency improvement) to propel KPI achievement and excellence

• Seamlessly coordinate and engage with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a dynamic environment of growth and innovation

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in Textile, Garment or any related field

• Over 6 years as a Manager for the Garment manufacturing industry

• Excellent communication skills in English. Chinese will be advantageous

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Computer literacy; ERP, MS Office etc.
