Country Sales Manager at Global Largest Integrated Logistic Service Provider in Phnom Penh
Responsible to lead and manage the overall commercial function of the Cambodia Market

The ideal background for the role includes extensive experience handling sales positions within integrated logistic service businesses with strong hands-on experience in leading a sales team. Strong understanding of Cambodia's economy and industrial nature with a track record of sales achievement.

Description
Responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy for a small to medium cluster, geographic area, or trade lane.
Lead a local sales team to ensure the delivery of business objectives and targets.
Lead and set the direction for the sales team according to the budget of delivering volume-growing revenue and optimizing profits.
Coach and guide sales team to sell and grow non-ocean activities including supply chain and local products.
Lead the transformation from the front as per the overall company strategy.
Ensure best practices are shared across teams.
Manage cross-functional relationships and actively provide input to the product team on product value propositions.
Coach direct reports for success and development.
Manage local engagement.
Actively monitor local NPS across segments and drive local improvement of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree holder or above
Minimum 8 years of working experience in Sales or Commercial, preferably with 5 years in a senior leadership position, managing a team of 5 or more.
Senior expertise on logistic products (ocean, contract logistics, warehouse & distribution)
Strong understanding of Cambodia’s economy
Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in sales and leadership
Master negotiator: Strong networking skills
Fluent in written and spoken English. The Mandarin Language is an advantage.
Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve objectives.
Exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with management, staff, and clients.
