About the Company

Our client is an international integrated logistic service provider with a B2B Tech Platform providing end-to-end logistic service and distribution across the Mekong Region. With a strong presence in Myanmar and now diversifying into Thailand and Cambodia Market

Description

• Develop and grow cross-border revenue and margins for the company by approaching new and existing regional clients through an active sales pipeline

• Maintain and enhance key cross-border client accounts

• Develop and build an LSPs, Fleet Supplier, and CHB vendor network capable of delivering company objectives and cross-border business

• Develop, grow, and train Cross Border Team in line with company strategy and budgets

• Work in real-time to solve ongoing cross-border client issues daily working closely with operations teams and other stakeholders

• Lead meetings with new and existing clients at a senior level

• Participate in all relevant company meetings at a local and regional level

• Maintain and help develop the company CRM with the Thailand and Myanmar BD Manager ensuring all Teams are reporting in a timely and accurate manner

• Works closely with the CEO to price tenders and major project quotations

• Responsible for the management, handling, and final authorization of RFQs and all cross-border quotations

• Understands company cross-border revenue and margin targets, working closely with the CEO to plan sales strategies to meet those targets and take ultimate responsibility for P&L

• Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present to the company its products and services

• Works directly and closely across multiple departments to achieve desired results through alignment and coordination with the operations and finance departments

• Works closely with the CEO to develop new departments and services in line with overall company strategy and growth plans in Cambodia

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the logistics sector in Cambodia with cross-border transportation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in the logistics sector

• Established logistics network and client base for delivering Cross Border Operations

• Good understanding of Cambodia's cross-border business with Myanmar, Malaysia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam from an operational and compliance level

• Able and willing to travel throughout Cambodia and the region

• Great communication skills in English
