Problem Solving, Maintain Relation with customers
Set team KPIs, Scheduling, Communications, Daily performance monitoring
Help Team achieve excellence in their work
Other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in Providing Customer Service on E-commerce, Digital Platform or Retailer, Shop, Restaurant
Must have strong written and verbal communication in English
Must be local Khmer applicants
