  • Working with management team to help provide the best customer service to customers

  • Problem Solving, Maintain Relation with customers

  • Set team KPIs, Scheduling, Communications, Daily performance monitoring

  • Help Team achieve excellence in their work

  • Other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Providing Customer Service on E-commerce, Digital Platform or Retailer, Shop, Restaurant

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication in English

  • Must be local Khmer applicants
