​Deputy Country Manager at an International Start-up Financial Services Company in Phnom Penh

  • Responsible to represent the company for business relationship with business partners in purpose of generating sale performance and productivity

  • Up to $5,000 plus other allowances

Description

  • Ensure the procedures and controls are adequate to protect the interests of the organization and its customer

  • Develop the vision for the future of the organization and needs of shareholders, customers, and staff

  • Support the sales team in achieving income and costs within the budget approved by the Management team and BOD

  • Handle sale target and responsibility including sale pipeline, individual client, SME client, corporate client, etc.

  • Lead and achieve sale target and team target and ensure the cost optimization

  • Arrange budgeting to make sure the sale and business growth with satisfactory income, brand image and reputation

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Executive and Leadership Management position with a proven record of success in financial sectors such as Banking or Microfinance or Finance Leasing

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing, Statistics are preferred major fields

  • Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills with the ability to communicate and manage staff all levels

  • Travelling to abroad for further meeting, training, and introduction as well as Travelling to all provinces of Cambodia

  • Excellent solid knowledge in Numeracy, Risk Management, Negotiation, Compliance functions

  • Only Native Khmer Nationality with proficiency in both written and oral in English
