Distributor Business Manager at a Worldwide Leader in Automotive Lubricant and Industrial Solutions Company in Cambodia
Responsible for developing and executing necessary in-country network strategy that will ensure sustainable short to long-term business growth

The Role
The ideal background for the role is to have extensive experience in handling Lubricant products in Cambodia, strong hands-on experience in distributor network development, and a track record of managing lubricant business in Cambodia. Experience working in international organizations, independent and strong collaboration skills

Description
Be a representative of the world's leading lubricant brands in the Cambodia Market
Responsible for developing and executing the necessary network strategy that will ensure sustainable short to long-term business growth
Selecting the right distributors and developing and training them to become more competent and confident to aggressively grow the products
You are expected to be the in-country expert who will provide, spearhead, and coordinate the necessary actions and support required to achieve sales results (volume & margin) and aggressively grow the business
Develop and execute the network strategy including distribution network expansion/mapping, selection process and onboarding
Spearheaded, performed, and coordinated distributor training and other developmental needs to ensure short to long-term business success. This includes DSR field coaching and mentoring
Ensure B2C and B2B growth strategies are implemented timely and flawlessly by distributors on the ground to achieve in-country sales results (Volume and Margins). Work with distributor principals to ensure they are committed, driven, and prepared to execute the necessary programs and tactics to grow the Valvoline Business the right way
Recommend and execute strategic initiatives, programs, and actions that can help deliver aggressive growth from focus sectors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any major
Minimum 8 years experience in business related to Lubricant Oil or any Automotive products (Battery, Tires, Was, Chemicals, Auto Parts)
Extensive experience in managing distributors (4 years minimum)
B2B selling experience is an advantage (direct selling experience 2 years minimum)
Financial business acumen and understanding is an advantage
Strong command of English and Khmer
