  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as product launches, market expansions, and business development opportunities

  • Provide accurate financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making by senior management

  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance standards

  • Manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and capital investments

  • Identify and assess financial risks, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations, interest rate changes, and regulatory changes

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting in similar industry

  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques

  • Proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Fluent in both English and Tagalog
